Rudy L. Massamba!

As an author and thinker, I am enthusiastically dedicated to Africa’s industrialization and development since I was 16 years old. Thus, my first book titled “L'Afrique Noire Industrielle” was published in 2006 (French edition) and focuses on industrial development strategies in Africa across 9 industries: oil & gas, agro-industry, electricity, mining, etc. A new edition was released on September 2017.

In 2009, I founded Kumatoo.com which is a platform that enables African inventors to exhibit virtually their inventions and innovations by types of industries. By 2015, I had gathered enough valuable information about African inventions and was able to write my second book titled "Debunking Myths around African Talent" which was published on January 2017.

My current project investigates the necessity of linking Africa's industrial and economic development with a cultural and educational ecosystem that integrates and values African languages and writing systems. This project aims at debunking another assertion: 'Science and technology related fields cannot be taught in African languages!'
